No pets are allowed. Registered service animals are permitted.

There are no additional fees for most features, but activities like the Trout Pond fishing, will have a charge to participate, as well as various food vendors, and the bar-service area. Parking shuttles are free.

No childcare services are offered.

There are no wheelchairs or electric scooters available on site. Be sure to use our parking lot shuttle service busses. They will be wheel chair enabled, to assist our disabled attendees. Hangar A & C, the home for our event at the EAA grounds is zero-entry, and accessible for wheel chairs and scooters.

Yes, attendees are allowed to bring backpacks (subject to inspection at any time). Backpacks and large bags can be checked at the show office in Hangar C.

Attendees are allowed to move in and out of the hangar, outdoor exhibits/food trucks, and the bulk merchandise pickup areas, but once you leave the airport/EAA grounds, you will NOT be able to return without paying to park and for entry, again, even on the same day. Entry tickets are good for one day only. There is not a multi-day entry pass option for 2026.

Check with each exhibitor. Many will have readily accessible displays/demos as a part of their exhibit.

You can bring a printed ticket, but our ticketing system will send an email to your phone/smart device and we can scan the code right off of your email on that device.

Yes, however keep in mind that our tickets can only be used once. There is no sharing tickets.

Yes, Hangar A & C, the home for our event at the EAA grounds is zero-entry, and half of our parking lot shuttle service busses will be wheel chair enabled, to assist our disabled attendees.

There is a $5 fee for parking at the show, which can be paid in advance, along with advance tickets, or upon arrival. The EAA Grounds has tens of thousands of parking spots available. We will be running a free parking shuttle bus service from the expansive parking areas to and from the front doors of Hangar A, the entry/exit to our Expo. (See map.) Be sure to go through both Hangars A & C to see the entire expo.

Yes, we have a designated spot, separate from the regular parking directional, for individuals using ride-share services to do their drop-offs & pick-ups, with ready access to the ticketing area. See the direction map for details.

Yes: By entering the event grounds, you agree to be bound and abide by these policies:
• No smoking inside any EAA buildings or structure
• No alcohol carry-ins
• No pets
• While attendees are encouraged to take photos for their personal enjoyment, the selling of those images for commercial purposes (or
unauthorized use of any of EAA’s registered trademarks) without EAA’s written permission to sell images for commercial gain or use EAA’s registered trademarks is subject to all available remedies under U.S. and International law.
